My frustration with Étoile is that I paid for shipping, yet they still sent my order via australia post-PHLPost, which means I have to pick it up myself at the post office. On top of that, I had to pay additional fees upon pickup. If I’m already paying for shipping, I expect doorstep delivery. not having to spend extra time, effort, and money just to receive my package. It completely defeats the purpose of paying for shipping in the first place.
