Zipper came broken no help from customer service
Their bags look lovely but their customer service is horrible. Their policy states zippers are guaranteed but they rejected my request to fix the zipper. Even though the product was new and unused. Would never recommend.

Excellent bag - excellent colour!
Love the spacious bag with well designed spacers that are moveable and customizable. Separate sections for big items versus pockets for smaller items. I really like that there’s a “hinge” system built in to allow me to access the top of the bag without having to “open” another section. Highly recommend this bag.
