    Not really happy

    I’ve purchased many products from ÉTOILE both personally and as a professional MUA, and have always loved the quality of their bags. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I bought the Artist kit bag , only to see it go on sale the next day, customer service wouldn’t honor the price adjustment. On top of that, the zipper broke within a month. Unfortunately, due to this lack of support and durability, I won’t be a returning customer.

    I managed to fit so much inside this case that I was storing in other bags such as eyeshadow palettes & face palettes.

    The height of the case has meant I can now stand some foundation bottles upright rather than on their side when Depotting isn’t an option for them.

    I have managed to open up so much more space within my kit that I’ve dropped off another bag entirely which is wonderful.

    I feel really proud using this case in front of clients. It feels so professional and has been worth the investment.

    I absolutely adore the bag and the functionality of it . It is extremely spacious however because it’s spacious you can pack a lot of produts therefore I feel the zip quality is really poor and can be much stronger

    I am obsessed with this kit. It is so beautiful and feels like such nice quality. I can fit a ton of product in it. I had an older style that had a strap that started to fall apart, and when I emailed the company they sent me a whole new bag! I was totally not expecting that, and it made me love the company even more. I just purchased a second style. Love love love. Excellent customer service!
