This bag will last forever! The brown is very attractive. I think I finally found a bag that’s big enough for most of my makeup! I’m not a professional, my a makeup junky.
My only suggestion is that you provide more of the movable dividers with the bag. Or you could make them available to purchase!

I’ve purchased many products from ÉTOILE both personally and as a professional MUA, and have always loved the quality of their bags. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I bought the Artist kit bag , only to see it go on sale the next day, customer service wouldn’t honor the price adjustment. On top of that, the zipper broke within a month. Unfortunately, due to this lack of support and durability, I won’t be a returning customer.
